Hi, I’m Alanna, founder of Good Night Sleep Site, host of The Bedtime Edit podcast, and mom of three teens!
At 45 I was navigating the legalities of divorce, major financial changes, making sure I was being the best mom to my 3 teens to help them through the process, dealing with the fears and anxieties of the unknown future, all while continuing to live with my ex.
Talk about stressful!
Let’s add in a sprinkle of perimenopause as well! As a certified sleep coach for over 16 years my sleep took a hit and my stress levels were at an all-time high.
Here’s the thing… I had the training.
