Sleep Expert, Alanna McGinn understands. She’s been there too, her messy middle was a divorce at 45 on top of juggling many challenges that midlife throws at you. Like so many of you, her sleep and well-being took a hit and she committed to making changes to better her sleep and stress. Through her years of training, education, and experience she’s passionate about helping women like you.
